Ken Boyar (ken@kenboyarcpa.com) is the owner of Corporate Accounting Solutions since its inception. Originally a sole practitioner servicing local clients, he grew the business to one that includes several solid professionals and a list of clients that covers the tri-state area. He has been a CPA for over 25 years and his experience ranges from management positions with auditing firms in New York to Controller positions in service and product industries. During his tenure as a Controller for a world-wide company, Ken was asked to be the President of the US operations and tripled the company’s net income within four years. With Corporate Accounting Solutions, Ken has been exposed to many client businesses in diverse industries. It is this experience that has lead to his success and his ability to help clients prosper. | |

Julie Wertz (julie@kenboyarcpa.com) has been working with corporate accounting solutions for the past three years. Prior to working with the company, she had approximately ten years experience on both the administrative and financial side of a boutique investment banking firm. Through her years of administrative work, she is able to help our current clients with everything from establishing a new office to drafting letters and policy memos. On the accounting side, Julie is very proficient in many of the online accounting programs and works with most clients who prefer their accounting be done remotely. | |

For more than ten years, Dwayne Rivers’ (dwayne@kenboyarcpa.com) expertise as a Controller and part-time CFO runs to diverse industries. He has been instrumental in developing strategic cash flow reports as well as setting up and maintaining company budgets in both the profit and nonprofit sectors. He has overseen both large and small accounting departments and has trained personnel within those departments to be more efficient. Dwayne has been responsible for reporting to government entities on many levels. He also possesses a keen working knowledge of federal and state tax issues. | |

He has been assisting CPA’s with their clients for many years. In addition, Rob is a licensed financial advisor. In his extensive work with small businesses, he not only enjoys the hand-holding process that many business owners need but also enjoys the communication process with clients so that they are always fully informed.
